During our recent stay, my wife and I were delighted to discover the culinary gems surrounding this hidden gem. Each morning, we embraced the Italian tradition of a leisurely breakfast at Cafe 61 Di Bussi E Brandi, just a stone's throw away from the hotel. While the spread was abundant with pastries and bread, we longed for a touch of variety, a slice of local cheese perhaps, to complement the flavors of Tuscany. Back at Mondo Antico, the welcoming aroma of freshly brewed coffee greeted us as we savored our morning meal in the serene courtyard. the meticulously prepared breakfast vouchers provided a delightful start to our day, setting the tone for culinary exploration amidst the bustling streets of Florence. Stefano, the gracious proprietor, epitomizes the essence of Italian hospitality, ensuring our dining preferences were met with utmost care. Though light on fruits and cheeses, the breakfast experience at Mondo Antico resonated with a warmth that transcended mere culinary indulgence.
